Many thanks to the amazing Full House Literary magazine for asking me to hold a workshop for their 24 hour festival. As it was online and needed to be pre-recorded as I was holding a workshop for Carrick’s Poetry Town event, I had to do a lot of thinking about it.
This video refers to Full House and has me holding up my hand to let them know to pause so onc eyou get over the interruptions this is a great starting place to learn more about how to craft your own, some of the art history of the avant-garde poetry movement and some writing exercises. Or, if you already know this then it might just be an interesting behind the scenes of my own work and process.
