Through Cork World Book Festival 2014, I discovered the Cork City Library website and a myriad of information. More about that momentarily. First though, let’s talk about Cork World Book Fest.


The Fest runs from Tuesday 22 April to Saturday 26 April 2014. Click on the dates below to see what’s scheduled for each day of the Fest.
Some of the highlights (for me) are WRITING A TRILOGY : Venerable and venerated writer JANE GARDAM will read from and discuss her highly acclaimed trilogy. (E5)
Get Published! A Constant Reader event with workshops from Vanessa Fox O’Loughlin and Denise Deegan AND The Inkwell book clinics: book a clinic with one of Inkwells three literary consultants to solve your literary problems. (E free) for more info on how to book go to the website.
The have a programme called The Constant Reader, a continuing programme presented by Cork City Libraries to promote reading and creative writing.
