The Book of Lost Things

Author: John Connolly
PublisherSimon & Schuster Books for Young Readers
Pages: 339

This. This. Read this book. There is a lot of action and it takes the traditional fairy tale plot and my GOD does it toll true beauty.
I speed read 99.99% of books but not this one. Never this one.
I let ever word sink in and it just added to the lustre of David’s adventure.
The ending is pure gold. I cried. I’ve only cried after reading a handful of books; mostly the classics. Guess that makes this a classic.
Seriously, read this book. Your life will be all the better for it.

I got this copy from from Tipperary libraries and love it so much that I’m going to  buy a hard back copy.

For a chance to meet, greet and get a signed copy – John Connolly is currently touring: signing his latest adult book, The Wolf in Winter.
