Step 1
Well firstly you need to submit your site URL to this site. Now if you are smart you will also submit your RSS fee too. To find out where that is read here.
Second: log into your email account, the one you use for your blog,
Third: Go to Google Web Master Tools account then click on add site, put in your blog URL , click continue.
Fourth: You will now need to verify ownership, click on alternative methods and select the option Link to your Google Analytics account (which you set up here )
